Manual Sync
To update the kiosk with the latest changes, you can perform a manual sync:
- How to Sync: Tap the "Manual Sync" button on the kiosk to manually sync the device with updated settings or changes.
EXO Offline Mode
Enable this to use the device in offline mode, which disables RFID functionality but allows manual item selection and barcode scanning.
Barcode Scan Restriction
Disable barcode scanning on the cart screen. This configuration option controls whether scanned barcodes add items to the cart. It can be enabled or disabled in the device settings:
- Enable Barcode Scan Restriction: Barcodes scanned will not add items to the cart screen.
- Disable Barcode Scan Restriction: Barcodes scanned will add items to the cart screen.
The barcode scan restriction does not affect loyalty sign-in or supervisor override PIN prompts. Disabling the restriction ensures scanned items are not shown in the cart.

The barcode scan restriction does not affect the functionality of the barcode scanner during loyalty sign-in or when scanning for supervisor override PIN prompts.
