We’re excited to introduce a new feature that makes managing your sales even easier! Your kiosk now supports printing essential end-of-day (EOD) reports, including the Daily Sales Report (DSR) and Batch Close. Let’s walk through how this feature works and how to access it.

What’s New?

With this update, supervisors can print key reports directly from the kiosk, making it simple to close out the day and keep accurate records.

Key Features:

• Daily Sales Report (DSR) Printing: Quickly print a summary of the day’s sales.
• Batch Close Report Printing: Print batch close details for accurate reconciliation.
• Supervisor Access Only: Report printing is restricted to Supervisor override mode for added security.

User Flow:

1. Accessing Supervisor Mode:

   • Log in with a Supervisor PIN (4–10 digits) or scan a QR code.

2. Navigating to EOD Reports:

   • In Supervisor override mode, an EOD button appears in the top banner.

3. Selecting the Report:

   • Tap the EOD button.
   • Choose either Batch Close or Print DSR.

4. Printing the Report:

   • The selected report prints directly from the kiosk.
   • Reports are formatted for clarity and accuracy.

• Faster Closing Process: Handle end-of-day tasks directly at the kiosk.
• Accurate Record-Keeping: Easily maintain physical copies of sales and batch data.
• Secure Access: Restricting report printing to supervisor mode protects sensitive information.
