Inventory 360 provides several configuration options that allow users to customize inventory management, counting, scanning, label printing, and barcode handling based on their operational needs.
General Settings
Label Template
Select the default label template that will be used when printing item labels from Inventory 360.
Enable Rapid Scanner
Automatically returns to scanning mode after an item is added, allowing users to continuously scan multiple items without manually reopening the scanner. Disabled by default.
Enable Decimal Quantity
Allows quantities to be entered and displayed as decimal values instead of whole numbers. Useful for products sold by weight, volume, or fractional quantities. Disabled by default.
Print on Add
Automatically prints labels when an item is scanned and added to a batch. The number of labels printed is based on the selected quantity. Disabled by default.
Remove First Character from Scanned Barcode
Automatically removes the first character from scanned barcode values before processing. Useful when scanners include unwanted prefix characters.
Remove Last Character from Scanned Barcode
Automatically removes the last character from scanned barcode values before processing. Useful when scanners append extra suffix characters.
Auto Assign UPC Only
Automatically generates and assigns a UPC when creating new items.
Auto Assign UPC and Item ID
Automatically generates and assigns both a UPC and Item ID when creating new items, reducing manual data entry.
Prepopulate Items on Count
Automatically populates items into count, allowing users to update counts without manually adding items.
Show QOH on Count
Displays the current Quantity On Hand (QOH) during inventory counting.
Disable/Enable Decimal Auto Format
Controls whether quantity fields automatically apply decimal formatting when quantities are entered.
Unit of Measure
Allows users to enable and manage the Units of Measure available within Inventory 360.
Printer Settings
Print Count
Specifies the default number of label copies to print for each print request.
Printer
Allows users to select the printer that will be used for label printing.
Configure Printer
Saves and manages printer connection settings to ensure successful communication with the selected printer.
