Bump Order

The bump order function is designed to clear the finished order tickets from the kitchen screen. When POS voids orders from POS, kitchen staff can use the Bump Order button to clear Void orders from the screen.

How to Bump an Order?

1. Use the order navigator button ( Left and Right Arrow buttons) to select an order to clear from the screen.
2. Click the Bump button on the bottom toolbar.
3. And then tap the button again to confirm that you truly want to bump the order.
4. After clicking the Bump Order button, the order will clear out from the screen. The order sequence will be changed respectively. If users accidentally bump the order, users can Recall the order.

To view your closed tickets, tap Closed Tickets at the bottom of your screen.
