Managing Server Tasks

The dashboard of the application will be displayed soon after the user has logged in. 

When a guest sends a task request through Tikt, the user will get instant notification on the inServ app. The user can view the tasks from Dashboard. Task requests will be listed on this tab. Users can verify the tasks and accept them by simply clicking on the 'Accept' button. 

Or users can also assign tasks to other servers by click on the corresponding ‘paper plane icon’  which will list the available servers. Select the server you want to assign the task to and then click on the arrow button at the bottom right of the screen.

Now the task will be successfully assigned to the selected server.

inServ has role-based operations management allowing Expediters and higher roles to see all assigned table tasks while Servers can only see those from their own tables reducing confusion and improving customer service.
