SuiteSpot provides three essential reports to help you manage suite bookings and track related activities: the Suite Assignment Report, Discount Report, and Order Report. This guide explains each report's purpose and functionality.

Suite Assignment Report

The Suite Assignment Report provides a comprehensive overview of suite allocations for specific events. This report helps event organizers track which customers are assigned to which suites.

Key Features:

- Event-specific filtering

- Complete suite assignment details including Customer Name, Customer ID, and Suite ID

- Easy-to-read layout showing suite names and corresponding event names

- Export and print capabilities for offline reference

How to Use:

1. Select your desired event from the dropdown menu

2. Use the search function to find specific assignments

3. View all suite assignments in a tabular format

4. Export or print the report as needed

Discount Report

The Discount Report tracks all discount-related activities across events. This report is essential for monitoring promotional offerings and their usage.

Key Features:

- Date range selection (Start Date and End Date)

- Event-specific filtering

- Quick access filters for different time periods (Current day, Previous day, Current month, Previous month)

- Detailed information including:

  - Store information

  - Discount codes

  - Event details

  - Product information (UPC, Item ID, Item Name)

  - Units sold

How to Use:

1. Set your desired date range

2. Select the specific event if needed

3. Use the search function to find specific discount entries

4. View all discount activities in a detailed format

Order Report

The Order Report provides insights into preorders received during events. This report helps track and manage all ordering activities.

Key Features:

- Customizable date range

- Event selection

- Order status filtering

- Payment status tracking

- Item grouping

- Multiple time period views (Current Day, Previous Day, Current Month, Previous Month)

How to Use:

1. Set your start and end dates

2. Select the desired event

3. Choose order and payment status filters as needed

4. Group items by category for better organization

5. View quantity totals for each category
