Creating Discounts in the Restaurant Portal

Users can create and manage discounts directly from the Restaurant Console, eliminating the need to switch to the console.

Navigate to Settings → General → Discount in the Restaurant Portal.

Users can create new discounts or manage existing ones from this section. The discount configuration will be synced across all platforms. Discount option allows users to create and manage discounts directly from the platform.

Assigning Discounts to Menu Items

Users can assign discounts to individual menu items directly while creating or editing an item in the Restaurant Portal.

Navigate to Menu → Items tab → Create/Edit Item.

In the Create/Edit Item screen, a Discount dropdown will be available which will display all the discounts created under Settings → Discount. Select the discount you want to apply to the item.

If you check the "No Discount" checkbox, no discount will be applied to the item.

If left unchecked, the selected discount from the dropdown will be applied.
