Setup Gift Card Processor from Settings

With the Gift Card Processor Setup, merchants can easily configure and manage gift card processing methods directly from the Restaurant Portal. This feature allows you to set up new gift card processors and edit existing ones for each venue, store, and register.

Navigate to Settings → General → Payment → Gift Card Settings

This section allows you to manage and configure your gift card processing methods. In the Gift Card Settings section, click on the "Configure Gift Card" button. This will redirect you to the Gift Card Processor page, where you can view and manage all existing gift card configurations.

The Gift Card Processor page displays a grid with the following details:

• Venue: Location of the transaction

• Store: Store associated with the gift card processor

• Register: Specific register for the gift card

• Gift Card Processor: The processor used for managing gift cards

Click on the "Setup Gift Card" button to open a pop-up form and enter the following details:

• Venue: Select the location from the dropdown
• Store: Choose the store
• Register: Select the register
• Gift Card Processor: Select the processor from the dropdown
• Merchant ID: Enter the merchant ID
• Terminal ID: Enter the terminal ID

Click "Save" to complete the setup.

Click the "Edit" button next to the gift card processor you want to modify. A pop-up form will appear with the same fields as the setup process. Make the necessary changes and click "Save".
