Get Started

To get started with Servio, make sure you have all the below items taken care of

Subscription to eligible retailcloud plan ( GROW or Higher )
Certified Devices ( PAX E500/600/700/800/A920 or A60 )
Certified Kitchen Printers
Certified KDS
Servio App Installed
Online Ordering Plan ( Optional & Additional Fee applies )
Text Receipts & Marketing ( Optional & Additional Fee applies )

Step 1 : App Installation

Download the app from Paxstore and install

Step 2 : Activate License & Login

Step 3 : Create Products & Modifiers

Step 4 : Create Menu & Assign Products to Menu

Step 5 : Setup Kitchen Printer

Step 6 : Setup Receipts Setup & Misc Configurations

PAX A920

Pax A920 is a mobile smart terminal that comes with integrated EMV, NFC, Scanner, Printing, and powerful multi-location point of sale software. The hardware comes with :

PAX E500

Pax E500 Integrated Smart Terminal provides a comprehensive Point-of-Sale solution with integrated electronic payment functionality including Magnetic Stripe, Smart Card, Contactless (NFC) and Barcode reading. E500 also has an integrated printer and multiple wired and wireless communication ( wifi ) options.

PAX E700

Pax E700 is a smart POS terminal with a cash register and payment device in one device. The iPad-like touch screen with smart automatic brightness function is designed to improve viewing, ensuring users and shoppers get the best experience when interacting with it. Built with hybrid card readers, cameras and multiple security layers, customers can pay fast and safe, using traditional or alternative payment methods.

PAX E800

Pax E800 is an all in one tablet with 3 Screens, 15-inch HD display which delivers lightning-fast performance when it matters the most. It includes a 3" Printer, 8" interactive Customer Display, EMV Reader (including Contactless NFC), countless ports to attach peripherals.

When you order them from distribution make sure that they are encrypted with the correct key. For example, on TSYS you will need the Multipass/TransFirst key which is TransFirst 412A

Hardware can also be ordered from us, in which case we will build and test the Broadpos file as well as train the merchant and do the initial white-glove setup. If you wish to purchase the hardware or have the merchant purchase it directly from us you can do so at www.retailcloud.com/shop

Both the A920 and the E600 can be connected via Bluetooth to our Zebra label printer. The E600 also comes with a base that has peripheral ports, which will allow the option of an integrated cash drawer and a USB scanner.

Connecting to the internet is a simple but critical step. This will allow credit cards to be processed and for you to get information to and from your back office in case of changes. Both the A920 and E600 have a wireless connection and can be easily set up in the settings menu. In addition, the E600 can also be connected using the Ethernet LAN port in the docking station. Pax E800 terminal comes with 8" Interactive Customer Display.
