SuiteSpot is retailcloud’s premium suite management and pre-ordering solution. This product aims to deliver a streamlined and hassle-free ordering experience for customers who have booked suites at venues, such as stadiums, arenas, and event halls. It enhances efficiency and convenience by providing a suite-centric order management system that supports multiple user roles including guests, suite managers, and suite attendants.

  1. SuiteSpot App (Web App) - Self Ordering Portal for Guests:
    • Customers who have booked suites can browse menus, place pre-orders, and request services directly from their suite.
    • Includes options for customizing orders, specifying dietary preferences, and adding special requests.
    • Displays order history and guest profiles for a personalized experience.
    • Integrated with payment systems for a quick and hassle-free checkout process.
  2. Restaurant Console (Management Portal):
    • Centralized management portal for restaurant or venue staff to manage suite orders, inventory, and services.
    • Real-time monitoring of suite orders, and order status.
    • Provides insights through analytics and reports on order volumes, peak times, and most ordered items.
    • Ability to set and update menus, pricing, tax, discount and tip.
  3. Servio - POS App:
    • POS application for the restaurant staff to process pre-orders & in-suite orders.
    • Integration with payment gateways, allowing both cash and card payments.
    • Syncs with the Restaurant Console Portal to ensure seamless order management.
    • Features include split bills, discounts, and receipt printing.
  4. InServ - Suite Attendant App (Mobile App):
    • Mobile app for suite attendants to manage in-suite service requests and orders.
    • Real-time notifications for new orders, service requests, and order changes.
    • Provides guest profiles with order history and preferences.
    • Allows attendants to update order statuses, and communicate directly with guests and kitchen staff.
    • Option for guests to provide feedback on service directly through the app.
