The Settings option in the Profile section provides tailored features based on your role as a Suite Owner or an Invited/QR Code user. Here’s what you can access:

For Suite Owners

  1. Saved Cards:
    • Add a new Debit/Credit Card for future use.
    • View a list of your saved cards.
    • Delete any saved card you no longer need.
  2. Recent Orders:
    • See a list of orders you’ve placed recently, with details like:
      • Order Number
      • Order Date
      • Total Amount
      • A breakdown of items with their quantities.
      • The name of the event and suite.
    • Click on any order to view a detailed summary, including:
      • Order Number and Date
      • Event and Suite Name
      • Item details (Name, Quantity, Amount per item, modifiers, and comments added).
      • Bill details such as subtotal, discounts, taxes, fees, tip, and total amount.
    • You can also search for recent orders by the event or suite name.
  3. Events Booked:
    • Access a list of all the events you’ve booked suites for, and easily select an event from the list.
  4. Help:
    • Provides access to help articles for additional assistance.
  5. Logout:
    • When you choose to log out, a prompt will ask:
      “Are you sure you want to log out of your account?”
      • You can either cancel or confirm to log out.

For Invited Users and QR Code Users

  1. Help:
    • Offers a direct link to retailcloud help articles for guidance.
  2. Logout:
    • Similar to Suite Owners, you’ll see a prompt when logging out, asking:
      “Are you sure you want to log out of your account?”
      • You can cancel or proceed to log out.
