Logging into the SuiteSpot app is quick and secure, allowing customers to access their suite bookings with ease.
Suite Owner Login
Follow these steps to log in as Suite Owner:
- Enter Your Mobile Number/Email Address
- Click on Suite Owner Login to log in as a Suite Owner.
- Mobile Number: On the login screen, select your country code and enter your registered mobile number.
- Email Address: On the login screen, enter your valid email address.
- Click Continue to proceed.
- Receive an OTP (One-Time Password)
- Mobile Number: After entering your number, an OTP will be sent to your phone via SMS. If you prefer, you can select the Verify via Call option to receive the OTP through a phone call.
- Email Address: After entering your email address, an OTP will be sent to your phone via email.
- Mobile Number: After entering your number, an OTP will be sent to your phone via SMS. If you prefer, you can select the Verify via Call option to receive the OTP through a phone call.
- Enter the OTP
- Input the OTP you received in the designated field within the app.
- If you don’t receive the OTP within a few seconds, click Resend Code to request another one.
- Edit Mobile Number/Email Address (if needed)
- If you prefer to use a different number/email address, click the Edit button to update it and request a new OTP.
- Verify and Log In
- Once you’ve entered the correct OTP or completed verification, click Verify & Login to access the app.
- Access Your Events
- After logging in, you will see a list of events for the suites you have booked. From here, you can place orders or manage your suite experience seamlessly.
Guest Login: Guest Invitation via Invite Link or Group Code
Multiple guests can join the same suite or order by invitation from the Suite Owner/Guest on event day. Suite owners can invite others to join their order, simplifying the process of adding items.
Follow these steps to log in as Guest:
- Guests log into the SuiteSpot App by clicking on the “Guest Login”.
- Enter their Mobile Number/Email Address, Name and the Group Code provided by the Suite Owner or primary guest.
- Once joined, guests can start browsing the menu and adding items to the shared order.
- Guests can see all items in the cart, including those added by others.
- All invited guests can add their selected items to the shared order, but they cannot place separate orders or make individual payments. The entire order is managed as one.
Accessing the Group Code
- Suite Owners can find the "Invite Now" option conveniently located at the top of the cart or order page in the SuiteSpot App.
- When you click on "Invite Now", it reveals the Group Code, which you can easily copy and share with others. Additionally, there’s an Invite Link available, making it simple to send invitations directly to your group members.
- Copy the Code: Tap the Copy button to easily copy the code and share it via text or messaging apps.
- Share Invite Link: Use the Share button to send an invitation link directly to your group members.
What Can’t Invited Guests Do?
- Edit other’s items: Guests can only manage the items they personally add. Guests cannot create a New Order.
- Place the Order: Only the Suite Owner or primary guest can finalize and place the order.
- Make Payments: Payments are handled solely by the Suite Owner or primary guest.
Important Notes:
- If the OTP you enter is incorrect or expired, the app will notify you to try again.
- Error messages will also appear if you enter an invalid mobile number/email address or if there are network issues.
- For a secure login, each mobile number/email address must be registered and unique to your account.
This streamlined process ensures you can quickly log in and enjoy all the features SuiteSpot has to offer.
